TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (Private Equity/SaaS): Shaping and scaling the Private Equity and Venture Capital partner program to drive lead flow and customer acquisition with an accent on relationship management and joint GTM strategies. Focus on identifying high-potential partners, building executive-level relationships, and developing scalable playbooks for partner enablement.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $100,000 Base + $50,000 Uncapped Bonus (OTE $150,000) + Equity

What you will do

  • Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape.
  • Build deep relationships with investment and operating teams to drive mutually beneficial growth.
  • Define and implement the playbook to scale the partnership program globally.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing and referral workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall business impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnerships or business development roles at a SaaS, fintech, or bank.
  • Alternatively, a background in Investment Banking or Consulting.
  • Strong communication skills with the executive presence to engage senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to build new programs from the ground up and navigate ambiguity.
