TL;DR

Senior Partner Manager (eCommerce): Owning and growing a portfolio of named agency partners to drive revenue expansion and strategic relationship ownership with an accent on revenue accountability and ecosystem impact. Focus on developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and implementing partner enablement initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in New York (office attendance required 4 days per week)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named agency partners, building multi-threaded relationships across leadership and delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to support shared clients and drive referral targets and product adoption.
  • Create and promote community-wide enablement and marketing initiatives to showcase hirify.global's value and product innovation.
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, collaborating cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Represent the company at strategic partner meetings and selected industry events.
  • Manage a defined book of business with full revenue accountability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, partnerships, alliances, account management, or business development.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business with revenue accountability and driving indirect revenue via agencies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading QBRs and building structured growth plans.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce and agency ecosystem.
