Salary: $60,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for health and wellness clients.
• Lead the development, production, and post-production of integrated advertising communications across film, print, and social channels.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and SOWs in collaboration with Finance and Project Management.
• Lead and mentor junior account team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Production departments to deliver high-quality advertising solutions.
• Oversee market research and optimize tactics based on quantitative and qualitative learnings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York to accommodate a hybrid work schedule.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or product environments.
• Proven experience with full 360 integrated work (TV, content, digital, social, and OOH).
• Expertise in leading omni-channel campaigns and implementing insights from market research.
• Strong track record of building client relationships that drive organic growth.
• Experience supervising and developing junior talent.
