What you will do

• Lead day-to-day P2P operations in Zip, including approvals, holds, exports, and payment runs.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding, PO matching, and on-time payments; escalate blockers.
• Administer Expensify for travel/expense policy, corporate cards, and reimbursements; manage Navan travel program.
• Handle banking workflows, AP close activities, subledger reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance like 1099 filings and support Tax on VAT/GST.
• Monitor AP metrics, report to leadership, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years AP experience, including 2+ years leading a team in global multi-entity setup
• Strong P2P workflows, period close, and AP systems like Zip, NetSuite, Expensify, Navan
• US GAAP, SOX processes, 1099 reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis
• End-to-end payment management, SLA adherence, exception troubleshooting
• Excellent stakeholder communication with Procurement, Tax, FP&A, Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills, data-driven KPI improvements

Nice to have

• VAT/GST experience in IE/UK/AU, NetSuite AP workflows, Coupa or Zip
