What you will do

• Set up and maintain supplier files in Oracle accurately and timely
• Process supplier maintenance requests via Vendor Self-Service and Electronic Invoices
• Handle document retention for W9, ACH, 1099 reporting, and AP controls
• Support 1099 reporting as required by IRS
• Comply with policies, SOX controls, and question unusual transactions
• Provide quality customer service via calls and written requests

Requirements

• 2-4 years accounts payable experience required
• 2-4 years supplier maintenance experience in ERP system (Oracle R12 preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access Database
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting and statutory regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Located in Fort Worth, TX area for hybrid work; no visa sponsorship
