What you will do

  • Lead client relationships, manage business opportunities, develop agendas, presentations, and project briefs.
  • Direct project management, collaborate on plans, milestones, and deliverables to exceed client expectations.
  • Mentor and lead internal teams, conduct performance reviews, and teach junior staff key processes.
  • Drive business development by identifying market opportunities and organic growth within accounts.
  • Develop proposals, budgets, monitor finances, and ensure accurate cost capture across teams.
  • Adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, ACCME guidelines and maintain quality control standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
  • Daily client-facing experience and Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs (currently limited to Chicago suburban area).
