What you will do

  • Serve as primary client contact, maintaining trust-based relationships and streamlining communications on projects, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Execute strategic plans per Scope of Work, driving projects to completion while supporting MLR submissions and review meetings using Veeva systems.
  • Oversee account financials including reporting, reconciliations, accruals, PO management, and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, medical, project management) for seamless execution and lead weekly client status meetings.
  • Act as JIB liaison, creating timelines and estimates; pursue organic growth and new opportunities within accounts.
  • Mentor junior staff, provide project management support, and adapt to startup priorities with proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health communications, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare agency account management, including market access/payer and patient support communications.
  • Demonstrated project management skills across multi-channel initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of MLR process and Veeva systems.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication for client discussions and meetings.
  • Proven financial acumen in client reporting, reconciliation, and budget oversight.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
