What you will do

• Provide healthcare expertise for client project strategy and execution.
• Lead payer strategy to identify and meet client business needs.
• Support cross-functional teams on internal and external deliverables.
• Contribute to prelaunch and business planning with segment strategy input.
• Assist new business development through research, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct advisor interviews, market analysis, and client workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or life sciences (Doctorate highly preferred).
• Minimum 10 years experience in medical or pharmacy management at payer organization, health system, or equivalent.
• Develop client-facing materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Present information to groups and interpret analytic/economic models.
• Manage multiple projects with competing timelines independently or in teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree: MBA, MS, PharmD, or MD.
• Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees or formulary management.
• Recent experience at pharmacy benefit management organization.
• Experience managing specialty pharmaceuticals across benefits.
