What you will do

• Supervise field collectors, monitor activities, route planning, and productivity to meet targets.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and strategize for challenging accounts.
• Ensure compliance, validate reports, and handle escalations with other departments.
• Manage scheduling, manpower, and submit performance reports on collections and efficiency.
• Perform spot checks, accompany high-risk visits, and recommend actions for issues.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years in field collection or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and conflict handling skills.
• Knowledge of collections processes, skip tracing, route planning, GPS tracking, and reporting tools.
• Basic data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and travel willingness; high integrity for confidential info.
