What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Desk Collectors.
• Provide coaching and recommend collection techniques for difficult situations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to performance updates and KPIs.
• Ensure resolution of customer issues raised through the Collection Department.
• Adhere to Central Bank and internal company policies to fulfill regulatory requirements.
• Escalate critical items to management and process reversals when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a Collections Team Leader.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of technical proficiency regarding collection systems and processes.
• Proven drive and determination to achieve or exceed set goals.
