What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients, ensuring high-quality accounting and tax delivery.
• Handle BAS and tax return preparation and submission.
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients.
• Supervise and control remote bookkeeping operations.
• Hire, train, and nurture a team of junior and senior accountants.
• Advise clients on various accounting and taxation matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
• Proven track record in team management, including hiring and training.
• Experience managing SME portfolios with a scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization.
