What you will do

• Lead administrative and operational tasks for clinical programs including pharmacogenomics, MTM, and opioid safety.
• Support business development through client contracting, vendor management, and opportunity analyses.
• Validate claim files, communication proofs, and invoices for recurring accuracy.
• Generate and analyze large data sets to monitor program quality and identify enhancements.
• Manage large-scale projects to support core business needs.
• Perform periodic maintenance and reviews of drug lists to support operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, PBM, or health plan.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in querying large data sets and knowledge of coding languages.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
• Background in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or related care coordination services.
