What you will do

• Provide project management oversight for the value analysis function at client organizations to reduce supply costs across the clinical spend landscape.
• Develop and manage the Value Analysis process within a framework of quality and safety.
• Create savings dashboards and maintain master savings trackers to monitor project deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leadership (VP Supply Chain, CMO, CFO) and engage key stakeholders to establish multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate product evaluations and identify utilization and waste reduction opportunities.
• Lead and educate Value Analysis staff and stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Management experience and a track record of progressive leadership.
• Experience analyzing healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes.
• Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office suite and current healthcare supply chain information systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (401k and US-specific benefits provided).

Nice to have

• Formal training or certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of PMBOK standards.
• Experience in sourcing and clinical value analysis.
