What you will do
- Lead smaller accounts (£50,000-80,000 revenue) or support senior directors on larger ones, liaising with clients daily on project progress.
- Complete weekly status reports, oversee material development and delivery, and ensure smooth workflows with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage financial profitability through budget estimates, resource monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and new business leads, highlighting them to leadership.
- Coach junior team members, manage external providers, and comply with relevant codes and legislation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, ideally in a healthcare advertising agency
- Demonstrated experience across global, regional, and domestic markets, tailoring strategies to different geographies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
