What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, social media, and events to identify and qualify prospects in APAC.
  • Engage and convert marketing leads through rapid follow-up, discovery, and qualification using BANT/MEDDIC-light.
  • Investigate target accounts and tailor outreach sequences with AI-driven tools.
  • Facilitate high-quality first meetings and demos for sales team, documenting context for smooth handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on territory plans and share market insights for campaign optimization.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and track KPIs for pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in English required; proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa, or another regional language advantageous.
  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (preferably B2B SaaS or hospitality tech).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to manage high activity volumes with quality outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology industry.
  • Prior B2B SaaS environment experience.
  • Understanding of APAC hospitality landscape (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia).
