Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Base (OTE $120,000+)

What you will do
- Handle and close inbound leads efficiently, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with BDRs to optimize outreach scripts and provide mentorship to enhance team effectiveness.
- Own CRM management in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and implementing automation for lead nurturing.
- Represent the company as a marketing expert at virtual industry events and provide actionable insights.
- Develop sales collateral, case studies, and competitive battle cards in coordination with the marketing team.
- Analyze personal sales metrics and report on pipeline progress and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or inbound environments.
- Must be located in Western Canada.
- Able to work ½ Saturday per month.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
