What you will do

  • Lead smaller accounts (£50,000-80,000 revenue) or support Account Directors on larger high-value accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, tracking project timelines and delivering weekly status reports.
  • Oversee financial profitability by developing realistic budget estimates and reviewing actual hours against budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows with Creative, Digital, and Editorial teams using Click-Ups.
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Coach and manage junior team members to ensure quality and adherence to industry codes of practice.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising, preferably within a healthcare advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated experience working across global, regional, and domestic markets.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
