What you will do

• Design and architect legal technology stack including CLM, intake, and workflow automation to scale legal function.
• Drive deployment of AI/LLM tools for contract review, NDA triage, legal research, and automation.
• Establish self-service workflows, playbook libraries, and templates for routine requests.
• Lead first-pass review and redline of NDAs, MSAs, and standard agreements.
• Conduct regulatory/commercial research and deliver decision-ready summaries.
• Architect legal rhythm of business: board prep, matter tracking, OKRs, cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years in legal operations, paralegal, contracts management, or equivalent.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements).
• Proficiency with AI/LLM tools for legal work: analysis, research, drafting, automation.
• Hands-on with legal tech systems (CLM, intake, workflow platforms).
• Strong communication to translate legal issues into business language.
• Operate independently in fast-paced environment; JD, paralegal cert, or equivalent legal experience.

• Hospitality technology industry experience.
• SaaS/B2B tech company background.
• Multi-jurisdictional exposure (US, UK, EU, APAC).
