What you will do
- Design and architect legal technology stack including CLM, intake, and workflow automation to scale legal function.
- Drive deployment of AI/LLM tools for contract review, NDA triage, legal research, and automation.
- Establish self-service workflows, playbook libraries, and templates for routine requests.
- Lead first-pass review and redline of NDAs, MSAs, and standard agreements.
- Conduct regulatory/commercial research and deliver decision-ready summaries.
- Architect legal rhythm of business: board prep, matter tracking, OKRs, cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years in legal operations, paralegal, contracts management, or equivalent.
- Experience reviewing, redlining, negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements).
- Proficiency with AI/LLM tools for legal work: analysis, research, drafting, automation.
- Hands-on with legal tech systems (CLM, intake, workflow platforms).
- Strong communication to translate legal issues into business language.
- Operate independently in fast-paced environment; JD, paralegal cert, or equivalent legal experience.
Nice to have
- Hospitality technology industry experience.
- SaaS/B2B tech company background.
- Multi-jurisdictional exposure (US, UK, EU, APAC).
- No-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make).
- Chief of Staff or legal ops leadership experience.
