What you will do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy and operational frameworks for the new MedTech vertical.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of 7–10 Biotech and MedTech clients, providing counsel on investor engagement and market positioning.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging a network of investors, analysts, and bankers.
• Develop high-impact content, including investor presentations, press releases, and earnings scripts.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of junior staff to maintain high standards of client service.
• Oversee operational efficiency and profitability, including budgeting and client billing.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations with a focus on Biotech, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in agency or consulting environments, specifically in launching or scaling business lines.
• Deep established network within the investment community and Biotech/MedTech ecosystem.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing professional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Must be based in Bethesda, MD, USA.
