Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 a year

What you will do

• Design, write, and maintain Claude skills and repeatable workflows to improve efficiency across editorial, sales, and operations teams.
• Develop internal tools, automations, and agentic workflows using Claude Code and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Enable AI adoption by running training sessions, workshops, and maintaining internal prompt libraries and best-practice playbooks.
• Prototype and evaluate AI features using the Anthropic API, focusing on probabilistic design and system integration.
• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering leadership to identify high-value AI use cases and ship production-ready code.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship
• Demonstrable enthusiasm for AI through side projects, automations, or custom GPTs.
• Strong written communication skills for technical explanation and prompt crafting.
• Proficiency in basic programming (Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with the command line and Git.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into structured, actionable steps.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of AI experiments (bots, browser automations, agent workflows).
• Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL (Redshift).
• Background in teaching, training, or technical writing.
• Awareness of the MCP ecosystem or agent frameworks.
