What you will do
- Build and deploy AI agents including prompt design, workflow configuration, integrations, telephony setup, and evaluation frameworks.
- Engage with clients as primary technical partner: lead demos, communicate progress, gather feedback, and guide from concept to production.
- Configure systems integrations using APIs, handling authentication, data mapping, error handling, CRMs, knowledge bases.
- Set up telephony integration with SIP/CCaaS/PSTN routing, metadata passing, fallbacks, and troubleshooting.
- Design and optimize prompts for LLM-driven agents, monitor performance, test iteratively to meet targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate platform gaps and drive client implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in conversational AI, solution engineering, system integration, or delivering AI/LLM applications.
- Strong communication for customer-facing discussions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on skills in prompt design, workflow building, API integration (SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
- Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector DBs, orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG.
- Programming in Python, JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving for integrations and customer ecosystems.
Nice to have
- Experience with iPaaS (n8n, Zapier) and data flow management.
- Familiarity with telephony/voice systems (SIP, CCaaS, PSTN).
