What you will do

• Design and implement task-focused AI agents to assist audit professionals with document analysis, rule interpretation, exception detection, and explainable findings.
• Build document understanding and structured data extraction systems using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Lead production-grade AI services, ship capabilities quickly, and iterate with product and customer teams.
• Work across product portfolio to enable AI solutions applicable to multiple products and segments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and researchers in Agile/XP environment with weekly sprints and pair programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
• 9+ years building software (Python, Java, or C++); 3+ years hands-on with LLMs/AI systems (NLP preferred)
• Full-stack capabilities, Agile/XP (TDD/BDD, pair programming), proficiency with AI coding tools and GenAI utilities
• 6+ years leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery
• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI), vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification (or obtain in first 30 days)
• Experience with Azure AI services, document processing, financial data analysis, or B2B software
• Background in startups/innovation teams, MLOps, AI governance in regulated environments
