What you will do

  • Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to build long-term client relationships.
  • Translate brand and portfolio strategies into insight-driven account plans.
  • Lead multiple programs and workstreams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities and leading pitch development.
  • Manage account finances, including forecasting, margin performance, and revenue delivery.
  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience within the medcomms or healthcare industry.
  • Extensive experience in account management or partnership-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience creating innovative strategic programs and "big picture" thinking.
  • Strong skills in delivering presentations and building client partnerships.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Life Science degree.
  • Experience leading client pitches.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
