What you will do
- Sell the Aquabeam Robotic System to new and existing hospitals within the defined territory.
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly territory plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with CEOs, senior hospital administrators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Provide medical professionals with product support, training, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful installation and procedural volume growth.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts and sales pipelines within the company CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, specifically within the Urology space or Operating Room.
- Proven experience selling capital equipment and introducing market development programs to hospitals.
- Strong existing relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
