Focus on developing account strategies, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting accurately, and acting as trusted advisor to revenue leaders.

Location: London, UK. Hybrid, in office 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Manage renewals, expansions, and cross-sells for assigned customers.
• Build partnerships to drive platform value, adoption, and business optimization.
• Develop account strategies using data to boost utilization and sentiment.
• Close renewals at high rates, mitigate churn, and nurture expansion opportunities.
• Forecast renewals and pipeline accurately using hirify.global methodology.
• Conduct executive business reviews and act as single point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales lifecycle in SaaS.
• Proven experience demonstrating value realization and influencing adoption.
• Strong financial acumen to showcase metrics and ROI.
• Knowledge of sales operations, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trusting relationships.
