What you will do

• Manage portfolio of EMEA agency and direct clients, developing and expanding relationships
• Generate repeat and incremental revenue by identifying growth opportunities
• Oversee campaign delivery including briefing, creative development, ad ops, optimization, and reporting
• Provide strategic counsel and develop creative campaign strategies aligned with client KPIs
• Collaborate with adops on optimizations and communicate insights to clients
• Own reporting, case studies, and quarterly business reviews for strategic clients

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital advertising with proven track record in customer relationships
• Success in retaining and growing customers
• Experience with ad-ops, ad trafficking, and various servers/reporting platforms
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills using data
• Expertise in digital media KPIs and brand performance metrics
• Expert in Excel or similar data tools
• Strong communicator comfortable with presentations
• Self-starter able to deliver excellence independently
