TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Enterprise - Brands/Retail): Manage enterprise portfolio and drive retention, growth, renewals, and upsell opportunities within corporate clients with an accent on positioning must-have data products. Focus on owning commercial relationships, identifying new buying centers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with research teams to deliver client value.

Location: Fully remote within the United States (NYC HQ and offices in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle). Income subject to New York State tax withholding regardless of location. No visa sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 base + commission (OTE up to $280,000) + equity.

What you will do

  • Manage enterprise client portfolio, drive retention and growth through renewals and upsells.
  • Own commercial relationships with budget owners and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new buying centers and upsell opportunities within existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with procurement teams and liaise with senior executives across strategy, sales, marketing, and data functions.
  • Collaborate with research and client strategy teams to provide tailored insights and create product advocates.
  • Conduct onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and manage full client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in subscription/research sales to large Enterprise Retailers in fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing full client lifecycle: onboarding, QBRs, renewals, upsells
  • Proven track record exceeding sales goals and managing book of business
  • Strong negotiation with procurement and executive liaison skills
  • High EQ, excellent communication, resourceful, resilient, team-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial spirit for building new business and solving ambiguous problems
