Location: Hybrid in Campinas, SP. Presence in the city's offices is mandatory for residents of the Campinas Metropolitan Region.

What you will do

• Support the deployment of global D&I strategy and translate strategic pillars into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze diversity metrics regarding representation, hiring, retention, and promotion to generate decision-making insights.
• Lead and execute global and regional D&I programs, including inclusive hiring and awareness campaigns.
• Develop D&I learning and capability-building journeys for leaders and employees in partnership with L&D.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Units to embed D&I into corporate processes.
• Contribute to ESG reporting, disclosures, and external benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Human Rights, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in ESG, Diversity and Inclusion, or Sustainability.
• Proven experience in D&I, ESG (Social pillar), or HR within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including data interpretation and storytelling.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional environments.
• Native or intermediate Portuguese and English.
