TL;DR
Learning & Development Partner (SaaS): Delivering high-impact capability-building programs for leadership audiences with an accent on leadership development and performance gap analysis. Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office), must be based in Ontario, Canada
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do
- Act as a consultant to leaders and People Business Partners to identify talent needs and performance gaps.
- Design and execute strategic learning plans and bespoke learning experiences where generic solutions are ineffective.
- Own end-to-end leadership programming for senior leaders, including high-stakes workshops, coaching, and training for Directors and the SLT.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards and People Ops to ensure integrated talent solutions.
- Analyze data to close capability gaps, develop long-term program strategies, and establish impact metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and execute communication plans to drive the adoption of talent development solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Partner or Consultant in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Practical knowledge of adult learning principles and various leadership development approaches.
- Experience designing and facilitating programs for executive and senior management audiences.
- Experience managing project timelines and external vendors.
- Fluency in English as a working language.
