TL;DR
People Partner (HR): Acting as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics to ensure legal compliance and execute people strategies with an accent on local labor legislation and multinational environment management. Focus on translating global HR initiatives into country-specific actions and managing complex employee relations.
Location: Remote in Germany (preference for Berlin). Candidates must be permanently located in Germany

What you will do
- Advise people managers on labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies for DACH, Benelux, and Nordic countries.
- Lead the implementation of local HR policies and ensure full compliance at the country level.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage and investigate complex employee relations cases.
- Support people managers with employee lifecycle activities, including compensation reviews and performance ratings.
- Implement global People & Culture programs locally and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HR KPIs, trends, and risks across the supported regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across the designated European regions.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Experience working within matrixed or multinational organizations.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Must be permanently located in Germany.
