What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials across relevant computing modules.
• Lead the VR Lab, embedding immersive technologies into teaching and learning activities.
• Develop and update engaging teaching materials, including VR-integrated content.
• Design assessments, provide timely feedback, and monitor student performance.
• Act as a Personal Academic Tutor, providing academic guidance and support to students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant computing subject area.
• Proven experience teaching in higher education.
• Practical knowledge of VR, AR, or immersive technologies.
• Strong digital capability, including proficiency with VLEs and MS Teams.
• Ability to travel between various London base campuses.
• Understanding of quality assurance standards in higher education.

Nice to have

• PhD or a willingness to work towards one.
• Experience with VR development tools or immersive learning design.
• Teaching qualification or HEA Fellowship (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in curriculum innovation and engagement with industry networks.
