What you will do

• Collect outstanding debts and achieve cash collection and debtor targets
• Chase overdue invoices via phone and email
• Work with stakeholders to manage key accounts and identify payment issues
• Resolve invoice disputes, support payment negotiations, and handle queries
• Perform reconciliations, manage credit notes, and ensure contract compliance
• Maintain accurate records and provide ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• Background in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Knowledge of credit control and sales ledger processes
• Experience with credit control systems
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and deal confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Strong communication, attention to detail, proactive, organised, and team-oriented
