What you will do

• Support timely premium collection by liaising with brokers and coverholders.
• Investigate variances through reconciliation of written and settled bordereaux.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve issues with problem accounts.
• Monitor and resolve bureau signing rejections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in reconciling and allocating direct settlements.
• Prepare and submit LPANs for Syndicate 3000 direct-settled funds.

Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a credit control environment.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrable numerical aptitude and analytical capability.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience within credit control, finance, or similar account-related roles.
• Exposure to the London insurance market.
• Understanding of delegated authority business (binders, lineslips, consortia).
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s premium processing (EDI messaging, IMR, LPAN submissions).
