Location: Fully remote from Argentina. Must overlap for at least 4 hours each day with EST (usually 8 AM to 12 NN ET).

What you will do

• Implement conversion tracking for forms, buttons, e-commerce, and custom events.
• Verify and sanity-check tracking implementations.
• Debug and fix tracking issues across tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar.
• Create customized reports from Google Analytics and other sources.
• Communicate with internal and external teams to gain buy-in, explain issues, and report progress.

Requirements

• At least 2 years managing Google Tags (GTM): implementation, coding, testing, maintenance.
• At least 2 years with Google Analytics (GA3/GA4), Adobe Analytics, Amplitude.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Good knowledge of web analytics strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting.
• Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation.
• Experience transitioning GA from UA to GA4.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
