What you will do

• Own tracking and measurement setup end-to-end across GTM (client/server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels for new campaigns and features.
• Ensure reliable attribution considering CMPs, consent mechanisms, GDPR, and legal constraints.
• Analyze marketing performance including ROAS, MER, CAC, cohorts, CLTV, and connection to backend revenue.
• Improve webshop funnel by identifying drop-offs, segmenting by source/device, and supporting CRO.
• Build marketing data models and reporting using SQL and dbt for consistent metrics and stakeholder decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing analytics, ideally DTC/e-commerce with subscriptions and paid traffic.
• Deep hands-on with GTM, GA4, marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), implementation to troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL and experience with dbt or similar tools.
• Understanding of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP), funnel/CRO analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical/non-technical stakeholders, ownership mindset.
