What you will do
- Audit and validate analytics implementations across GA4, GTM, advertising pixels, and custom events.
- Diagnose and resolve tracking issues resulting from website updates or code changes.
- Design tracking for complex scenarios including multi-step funnels, iframes, and third-party integrations.
- Implement and troubleshoot cross-domain tracking to ensure user journey continuity.
- Support Consent Mode v2 implementation and CMP integration in line with privacy regulations.
- Serve as the internal expert for GA4 and GTM, providing technical documentation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Solid expertise in GA4 event schema, data streams, conversions, and audiences.
- Experience implementing and auditing advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in cross-domain tracking and linker configuration.
- Ability to read and understand HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for implementation reviews.
- Must be based in selected countries within the EMEA region.
Nice to have
- Experience with server-side tagging in GTM.
- Exposure to other analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying GA4 data via BigQuery.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling concepts.
