What you will do

• Process precision optical components using polishing machines.
• Independently select tools and define manufacturing parameters.
• Perform cleanliness inspections and measurements of optical components.
• Participate in control loops and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) teams.
• Work within a rotating 3-shift operation.

Requirements

• Completed training as a precision optician or technical vocational training (e.g., metalworking, precision optical, or mechanical manufacturing).
• Manual dexterity and a structured, precise approach to work.
• Strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Regen, Germany.
