What you will do

• Perform detailed physical, dimensional, and visual inspections of mechanical parts to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
• Identify and document material defects by creating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and isolating "bad parts".
• Collect and process measurement data to create Statistical Process Control (SPC) records for manufacturing quality monitoring.
• Assist in creating inspection templates, refining workflows, and organizing technical documentation.
• Operate and maintain standard measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical data sheets to determine inspection criteria.

Requirements

• Technical degree or qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with QM software or ERP systems (e.g., Babtec, SAP).
• Ability to use standard measurement tools and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
• English: Good written and spoken skills required for documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with defense or aerospace standards (e.g., NATO AQAP or EN 9100).
• Strong German language skills for internal communication and local technical instructions.
