What you will do

• Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules.
• Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team directly on the shop floor.
• Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements.
• Manage shift schedules, lead handovers, and conduct daily shop floor meetings.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, stopping processes if risks are identified.
• Track production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing.
