What you will do

• Develop and implement solutions for product issues to ensure stable performance in volume production.
• Analyze process chains and develop manufacturing concepts based on functional requirements.
• Conduct risk analyses for changes and manage escalations when necessary.
• Ensure delivery performance by analyzing production data and defining corrective actions.
• Contribute to NPI projects with a focus on feasibility, manufacturability, and industrialization.
• Provide functional leadership for focus teams and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or natural sciences required.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level) required for cross-functional collaboration.
• Several years of professional experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of process chains, Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in the product development lifecycle and NPI projects.
• Strong data analysis skills.
