What you will do

• Lead a global data privacy program across AI infrastructure, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
• Design and evolve a scalable privacy framework based on ISO 27701 and international standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for global regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and others.
• Oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and the end-to-end DSAR process.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate privacy controls into business applications.
• Partner with Legal to negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and review third-party processors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Information Security, or Data Protection.
• Extensive professional experience in data privacy, data protection, or legal compliance.
• Senior leadership experience managing global privacy programs in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of managing cross-border data transfers and navigating conflicting regional laws.
• Ability to translate complex legal mandates into actionable guidance for engineers and product managers.
• Must be based in the UK.
