What you will do
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets for software and services across EMEA North.
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Build a predictable pipeline through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales engagement with C-suite stakeholders in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing, geographically distributed sales team.
- Manage sales processes and visibility using Dynamics CRM.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS and/or on-premise).
- 3+ years of experience leading regional or enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in UK and Northern European markets.
- Strong background in analytics software, manufacturing solutions, or industrial technology.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience working specifically across the Nordics and Benelux regions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
