TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in Coventry, United Kingdom. Travel: approximately 50% across EMEA North.

What you will do

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets for software and services across EMEA North.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Build a predictable pipeline through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales engagement with C-suite stakeholders in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing, geographically distributed sales team.
  • Manage sales processes and visibility using Dynamics CRM.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS and/or on-premise).
  • 3+ years of experience leading regional or enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in UK and Northern European markets.
  • Strong background in analytics software, manufacturing solutions, or industrial technology.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience working specifically across the Nordics and Benelux regions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
