What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals focused on new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Drive a balanced GTM motion across new logo, expansion, and consumption growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Influence go-to-market strategy, particularly for high-growth and data-forward organizations.
  • Build and reinforce a team culture aligned with company core values.
  • Sell a category-defining observability platform that transforms how companies operate at scale.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, GB
  • 10+ years of experience selling cloud, infrastructure, observability, data platforms, or enterprise software.
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven ability to coach teams through complex, multi-stage sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to senior technical and business stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Data).
  • Demonstrated success exceeding targets as an individual contributor in outbound/new business roles.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of modern observability platforms and data infrastructure.
  • Experience in territory planning and segmentation across greenfield and existing accounts.
  • Ability to coach reps on creating urgency and maintaining deal control.
