What you will do

  • Define and execute UK sales strategy covering target segments (retail, CPG, hospitality, payments), go-to-market models, and growth targets.
  • Own regional quota, deliver revenue targets through new business, upsell/expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, target, and win key enterprise deals, collaborating with technical teams to accelerate pipeline.
  • Build relationships with senior executives at target accounts to secure strategic engagements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, evangelize Agentic Commerce vision, and monitor commerce/AI landscape.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, preferably SaaS/platform, with P&L/quota responsibility across geographies.
  • Proven track record of large enterprise sales results in UK and building scalable sales operations.
  • Deep familiarity with commerce, retail, payments, or digital experience sectors.
  • Excellent C-suite engagement skills and ability to shape strategy.
  • Strong leadership to hire, motivate teams, and drive processes.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel/partner models across UK.
  • Background in AI, ML, conversational commerce, or payment tech.
  • Multilingual ability (French, German, Spanish, Arabic).
  • Experience in listed or scaling international companies.
