What you will do

• Support operational activities in Global Spare Parts Management for Major Components.
• Contribute to planning and ensuring availability of spare parts for service operations.
• Coordinate information exchange with internal and external stakeholders for stable supply chains.
• Assist in preparatory activities for main component strategies.
• Create and maintain KPIs, reports, and analyses for steering activities.
• Support supply-related analyses and mitigation actions for potential shortages.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable field.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, for data preparation and analysis.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with strong time management.
• Reliable personality motivated for international team environment.

Nice to have

• Basic SAP knowledge.
