What you will do

• Support the search for new suppliers and conduct market research and inquiries.
• Review and administer internal procurement documentation as part of daily tasks.
• Prepare detailed analyses and evaluations to support procurement decisions.
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Department to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable course of study.
• Strong affinity for numbers and a detail-oriented approach.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and proactively.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken; German proficiency is welcome.
