What you will do

  • Act as primary operational interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for wafer customers
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate customer demand and forecasts; translate into capacity-feasible supply plans
  • Own order fulfillment from PO intake to shipment and invoicing
  • Manage delivery commitments, backlog, and allocation during constrained supply
  • Coordinate with internal fabs and external foundry partners; lead customer supply escalations and recovery plans
  • Prepare reports on delivery, backlog, and revenue; continuously improve sales and supply chain processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years in semiconductor supply chain, sales operations, or foundry operations
  • Strong understanding of wafer manufacturing and capacity planning
  • Proven experience with S&OP, demand planning, or allocation processes
  • High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
  • Strong stakeholder management in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to balance customer expectations with operational realities
