Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Lead the US CRM strategy to drive revenue and patient engagement across the full funnel.
- Optimize lead conversion, appointment booking, show rates, and lifetime patient value.
- Own the US CRM roadmap and manage enterprise platform implementation and optimization.
- Develop CRM measurement frameworks, dashboards, and lifecycle analytics.
- Build and lead a high-performing US CRM & Patient Experience team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to align growth goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading CRM strategy in a US-based revenue-driven or patient-focused organization.
- Expertise in patient lifecycle management, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Adobe.
- Experience leading multi-layered teams and developing other leaders.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Aurora, IL.
- Strong knowledge of US data privacy and consent management requirements.
