What you will do
- Own and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global product marketing and commercial teams.
- Localize global value propositions and messaging to resonate with diverse consumer segments across the Americas.
- Lead product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and regional campaigns.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with 5+ years in a regional or global leadership role.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products.
- Strong expertise in digital health, connected devices, or consumer technology markets.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Must be based in San Diego, CA, United States
