What you will do

• Own and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global product marketing and commercial teams.
• Localize global value propositions and messaging to resonate with diverse consumer segments across the Americas.
• Lead product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and regional campaigns.
• Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
• Manage and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with 5+ years in a regional or global leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products.
• Strong expertise in digital health, connected devices, or consumer technology markets.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA, United States
