What you will do

• Develop corporate social media channels with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Manage executive communication, including content creation and community engagement for senior leadership and board members.
• Create tailored text and visual content formats for diverse audiences and channels.
• Translate business topics into clear, compelling, and audience-oriented messaging.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the corporate tone of voice and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze social media performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in communications, media, marketing, business, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of practical experience in social media and content creation within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with visual content tools like Canva.
• Ability to work within a professional, regulated environment requiring high accuracy.
• Strong writing skills in both German and English.
• Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders and board-level leadership.
